Jam cupcakes

175g/6oz plain flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp custard powder
175g/6oz butter
175/6oz caster sugar
3 eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
70g/2.5 oz jam

Pre heat oven to 190 degrees

Place paper cases in bun tins

Sift flour, baking powder and custad powder into a bowl.

Add butter, caster sugar, eggs and vanilla extract.

Beat until smooth.

Divide the mix between the paper cases and put half a teaspoon of jam on the centre of each.

Bake in oven for 15-20 mins.
